David Hallock Named to John Randolph Medical Center Board of Trustees
(HOPEWELL, VA) July 11, 2008 David Hallock, Jr., a former senior member of Governor Mark R. Warners staff, has been named to the John Randolph Medical Center Board of Trustees.
Hallock is Vice President and Counsel at Kemper Consulting, a government and public relations consulting firm with offices in Richmond and Norfolk. Before joining Kemper Consulting, he was the Senior Policy Advisor and Deputy Counsel to Governor Warner.

During his tenure in the Warner administration, Hallock represented the interests of the Governor's Office in such areas as health care, natural resources, finance, public safety and transportation. Prior to his tenure in the Governors administration, he was a Government Relations Attorney with Williams Mullen.
Hallock also previously worked for the Virginia General Assembly as staff for the Senate Courts of Justice Committee. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia.
